Scoles Family Chiropractic in Knoxville TN is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant who is self-motivated and loves to serve people with a compassionate heart. Candidates should have a strong background in customer service with a positive, open-minded attitude. Candidates should also be willing to challenge old belief patterns around health and wellness and learn about natural options.

The right candidate will support the team with enthusiasm in patient intakes, patient evaluations, phone calls, billing, sales, execution and coordination of marketing events, and collaboration with community outreach initiatives. This individual will be responsible for multiple tasks simultaneously and be expected to deliver high-quality performance on a consistent basis.

• New patient intake
• Patient evaluations
• Patient education
• Reception duties
• Billing
• Marketing events
• Community outreach initiatives
• Incoming and outbound phone calls
• Control and oversee patient flow
• Manage Social Media

Experience you’ll need

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in a Customer Service role with a proven track record of performing with excellence
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast pace, high energy environment
• Excellent memorization skills

Hours

This is a part time position with approximately 25 hours per week:

• Mon. 12:00pm - 6:15pm
• Tues. 9:00am - 12:15pm, 2:30pm - 6:15pm
• Wed. 1:00pm - 6:15pm
• Thurs. 9:00am - 12:15pm, 2:30pm - 6:15pm
• Fridays: OFFICE CLOSED
• Sat. 8:45am - 11:15pm (*rotating, once a month)
• *We are closed for all major Holidays.
• **Additional hours available for special events.

Health insurance is not provided, however, we do offer complimentary chiropractic care for you and your spouse and children (18 and under).

A 401K plan is available after one year of employment with contributions matching up to 4% and profit sharing.

Vacation Time: PTO is available after 6 months.

Holiday Pay provided.

All necessary training will be provided by Scoles Family Chiropractic.

Job Type: Part-time consistent hours/long-term position.

Pay: Starting at $12.00 – $14.00 per hour with bonuses.
